By purchasing from P.B.S., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. PRODUCT USE

Our brow pencils are made from soft, high-quality ingredients for smooth, effortless application.

To ensure best results:

Do not twist the pencil fully out.
Apply using gentle, feather-light pressure only.
Do not press or force down — this will cause breakage.
Must patch test 24 hours prior to use.

Improper use of the product (e.g. twisting it all the way out or pressing too hard) will not be considered a product fault and is not eligible for replacement.

2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All purchases are subject to product availability and order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. PRE-ORDERS

Items available for pre-order are billed at the time of purchase. Shipping estimates are provided as a guide and may be subject to change. You will be notified of any major delays.

4. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at pmubyshon@gmail.com

To qualify for a replacement:

You must provide photo or video proof.
We will replace the product once per purchase and cover the shipping cost.
Replacements are only issued for manufacturing faults, not user damage.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By using our products, you agree that P.B.S. is not liable for any adverse reactions, damages, or losses that may arise from product use. Products are for external cosmetic use only and should be used as directed. A patch test must be performed 24 hours prior to use.
